This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid memberships purchased on chessvisual.com, operated by ChessVisual from Chandigarh, India.
1. 7-Day Refund
If you are not satisfied with a paid membership, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date the payment was charged. Requests made after this 7-day window are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law.
2. How to Request a Refund
Submit a request through our Contact page from the email address associated with your account, and include your Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID so we can locate the transaction.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges or renewals. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not, by itself, refund the current period — any refund for the current period is governed by the 7-day rule above.
